Deep teal-blue has been a quiet winner in the light-luxury segment. Our SH39 is a six-piece soft-padded set in that colour: a ring flip-box, a square storage box, a long necklace box and a mini travel box, each with a high-density core, light-grey velvet slots, a matte gold trim strip and magnetic closure.
A soft-padded box differs from a rigid one in that the face is a layer of velvet stretched over the shell. 
If the nap is not laid in one direction, the light hits it patchy - bright in one spot, dull in the next. So we set the grain before laminating and keep the whole batch consistent. Deep colours like this teal hide nothing; the adhesive must be thin and even, the roller slow, and the corners gone over twice to avoid bubbles. The mini travel box is the piece that actually leaves the store, so we lighten it on purpose - a thinner high-density sheet, a shell slim enough to slip into a handbag without bulge. Teal with matte gold reads quiet enough for daily commute.
The slots use light-grey velvet, which sets off the dark shell and gives the jewellery depth. A slot is not just a stamped dent - it is moulded to the curve of the piece. Ring slots cut too shallow let the ring rattle, too deep and it traps the ring. We dry-fit with the actual product before cutting the die.
The matte gold trim is the finishing touch, and the easiest to ruin. A glossy gold reads cheap; matte is more restrained. The strip is pre-pressed and dropped into a groove in the lid, the groove cut a hair wider than the strip, adhesive only on the back so no glue shows on the face. The magnet sits on the hinge side, clear of the trim, so the two metals do not interfere. 
A set sells on the promise of "everything matches", yet each box needs a different liner depth - the necklace box long and flat, the ring box shallow and steady. Mixing them up is the classic mistake, so we cut liners per box type instead of sharing one pattern.
The magnet also has a feel worth tuning. Too weak and the lid will not stay, too strong and a smaller hand fights it. We set it to seal with a light push. The high-density core under the velvet is what keeps the box from denting in a bag or a parcel; we use a rigid board for the square and necklace boxes and a thinner sheet for the mini, because the mini is meant to ride in a handbag and should stay light. The grey slots also hide fine dust better than a black lining would.
Clients ordering light-luxury custom often worry about colour consistency. Every dye lot of teal drifts slightly, so we lock one lot for the whole run and re-sample if we switch. Packaging is an individual OPP bag inside a five-layer carton with corner guards, so the trim and corners survive long haul. On incoming inspection we make the client look at two things: the nap and the trim. We rake the velvet with a side light to catch streaks, and hold the trim to the light for glue marks or tilt. Pass those two and the set is basically safe.
In the end a soft-padded box earns its place by being calm - no loud gold, no fighting lid, no patchy velvet. That restraint is what a light-luxury buyer is actually paying for.

卡位用的是浅灰丝绒，和深青蓝外壳形成深浅对比，首饰摆进去层次才出来。卡位不是画个坑就行，得用模具压出和饰品吻合的弧度，戒指位压浅了晃，压深了取不出来。我们一般先拿实物试压，确认不松不紧再开模。
哑光金标饰条是点睛，但也最容易翻车。亮面金显俗，哑光更收敛。饰条是预先压好再嵌进盒盖槽里，槽比饰条宽一丝，胶只打背面，正面不能见胶痕。磁吸开合藏在合页一侧，和金标错开位置，免得两块金属互相干扰。
六件套卖的是“一套齐活”，但每款盒型的内衬深度不一样——项链盒要够长够平，戒指盒要够浅够稳。混着做最容易搞错内衬厚度，我们做法是每个盒型单独备料，不共用一张裁切图。
磁吸的力度也讲手感，太小合不严，太大女生单手难开，我们按多数轻奢客的标准调到能轻推即合。轻奢定制，客人常纠结颜色稳不稳，深青蓝每批染缸都有微小偏差，我们锁一个缸号跟到底，换缸就重新打样。包装用独立OPP袋再加五层外箱，盒角塞护角，长途运输不掉金标不压角。
软包盒底下那层高密度内衬才是它不塌的骨子。方盒和项链盒用硬纸板撑，迷你便携盒用薄一点的片，因为它要塞进手袋天天带，轻一点更实在。说到底，一只好软包盒不是料多贵，是绒面不花、金标不歪、盒盖不打架。客人来验货，我们重点让他看两处：绒面顺不顺、金标正不正。绒面我们用强光侧打看有没有花斑，金标对着光看有没有胶痕或歪斜。这两关过了，六件套基本就稳了。
